I found the location on the Grand Canal very convenient! Our room was a spacious suite. The staff offered great recommendations for local spots. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost!

The staff helped with water taxi arrangements to the train station. It was prompt! luggage transport was seamless and convenient. the suite offered views. Taking sunset photos from the balcony was very nice. drinks at the bar was also a great experience.
The bathroom could use a bit of updating. The showerhead had some limescale.

The hotel has many historical features. our room was spacious with quirky elements like beams and cubby holes. the bar area offered great views of the grand canal with an atmosphere reminiscent of a living room from centuries past, i enjoyed that. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It.
I noticed some missing objects or furniture in the superior suite. there was a mix of more modern elements that felt a bit out of place, reducing some authenticity. a carpet could improve the soundproofing in the room. It was a little noisy sometimes

the common area overlooked the canal it was gorgeous breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fine i especially enjoyed the cappuccino it rivaled those i've had in australia the staff were really nice too. the location provided astonishing views the staff were also very helpful st marks and the doge palace are a short walk from the premises. the room decor was nice there were high level services in the hotel but only once outside the room people were super nice.
the air conditioning did not work well in the room it was a very hot sleep

the common area allows views of the canal the breakfast is held in the hotel restaurant there is special attention given to the presentation of the space and meals it's a nice touch. the staff generally appears ready to assist with requests.
